Problem Statement
Solution
As part of my master's program capstone project, I helped GivePulse with the redesign of several page sections. These sections are the Project, Resources, and Pledge pages. Through competitive analysis and website user tickets, the pages were redesigned to provide a more intuitive experience to users.

Competitive Analysis
Each page section redesign began with the evaluating of other competitive sites currently on the market. In order to understand what was working well and what could be added to give the current website a delighting feature, I examined other sites serving similar purposes for comparison.
User Tickets
Certain pages also contained notes made by developers within the company and other users who tested the usability of the pages' features. These notes were helpful in pinpointing user pains experienced when trying to use certain features in the section and provided guidance for the redesign.

Wireframing
Illustrating potential design ideas in grayscale before creating more high-fidelity mockups allowed for changes to made quickly during design reviews.
