Optimizing and Enhancing An Internal Management platform | Aisleworx Media

Aisleworx Media is a digital advertising company that manufactures grocery carts with digital screens that allow for advertisements as well as kids' entertainment to be played during the shopping experience. As the solo UX designer, I had the opportunity to take part in many projects. One of my major projects was to collaborate with other team members to optimize the internal management platform site.
Several different technicians could use this site for different purposes, but much of the time, this site would either be accessed at the grocery store, which was where the carts would be operated, or within the warehouse where carts were maintained before being sent out. Our current team contained 7 technicians who performed several different tasks falling into the realm of technician type they classified into.
